SOLIDARITY WITH THE STRUGGLE OF ITALIAN TRANSPORT WORKERS

Dear comrades

We received news of a strong attack by the Italian government on the right to strike by transport workers, which constitutes yet another example of the strong attack that the governments of capital against the class interests of workers.

FECTRANS – Federation of Transport and Communications Unions, sectoral structure of CGTP-IN, expresses together with you our militant and active solidarity, saluting your determination to continue the fight with its rescheduling for October 9th.

The governments of capital continue with their objectives of increasing the exploitation of those who work, to safeguard and increase the profits of economic/financial groups and this attack by the Italian government is further proof of these objectives.

But it will be through struggle that workers will defend their class interests and create the conditions for the valorization of work and workers.
