In the TOTAL absence of Italian parliamentarians, yesterday afternoon in Brussels was discussed the petition proposed
by the World Federation of Trade Union General Secretary : George Mavrikos on the conditions of the workers in " The Ghetto of Rignano" prepared after George Mavrikos and the European Parliamentarian Sotiris Zarianopoulos of the Greek Communist Party went two visits in Rignano.
The Committee of Petitions of the European Parliament listened NZITA PATRIC KONDE delegate of the USB Agricultural Workers that brought the cry for help and the complaints coming from the crop harvester of Foggia who live in the Ghetto of Rignano, establishing that the petition deserves to remain open and that this is a matter of URGENT, so as to decide to send a request for explanations to the Italian government.
